What's on here ?

You can an visit the Message Board, sign in with a nickname and leave coded messages for friends and family.  Discover the History of Lingfield and then see what it has to offer now by visiting the Pictures page. There are also pictures of previous local events on the Previous Events page. You can E-mail us with pictures that you feel should be included. You may be thinking that it looks like a nice place to visit, but where is it ? No problem, go to the Map page for directions.

 

You may have just moved to Lingfield and want to get involved in community life. You want to know about what Clubs are available and a few Useful Numbers of the Doctors Surgery, Police or Ambulance. Why Lovely Lingfield ?
Well, for those of you that don't already know, there is horse racing in Lingfield, Lingfield Park Racecourse. It is often referred to by those in racing circles as "Lovely Lingfield". Also I believe it conjures up the right sort of image for our village. There is also local belief that it originates from postcards that used to be sent from dignitaries holidaying locally in the country. They were always sent from "Lovely Lingfield".
