PC Kevin Smith
My name is Kevin Smith I am the new Neighbourhood Specialist Officer for
Lingfield and the surrounding area. I have been a constable with Surrey Police
for nearly 25 years. During this time I have served on the Police Support Unit
(Riot Squad), The Hunt Team, Area Crime Team, Burglary Unit and as a tutor for
new recruits. For the last few years I have been the Neighbourhood Specialist at
Warlingham. I am keen to establish strong links with the local community and to
identify problems in the area, which with your help I will attempt to deal with.

PCSO Julie Watson
My name is Julie Watson and I am the PCSO for Lingfield and Smallfield. I joined
Surrey Police in February 2005. I am here to work with you helping with any
issues or concerns you may have within your community. My role is to provide
reassurance, reduce crime and the fear of crime by providing high visibility
patrols and tackling antisocial behaviour to improve the quality of life for
local residents.
